Currently the human relationship with the earth as it lasts the life support is not harmonious. Environmental conditions are not maintained and well maintained as well as the utilization and exploitation of natural resources that do not account for environmental sustainability led to increasingly severe environmental damage. Every organization, whether governmental or non-government shall allocate funds to repair and maintain / preserve the environment of at least 10 (ten) percent of the total annual budget and all activities and policies of the organization shall not conflict with the needs and preserving the environment;
3. Incorporating Materials of Environmental Education into the curriculum at every level of formal education (schools) and for every individual who has grown but is not/has not received formal education (no / not in school) should be given an understanding of environmental issues through education lightning (training) or upgrading;
4. Requiring the mass media (newspapers, radio, TV, etc.) to broadcast programs in the form of environmental preservation campaign materials at least 10 (ten) percent of all broadcast programs;
5. Making laws that regulate:
Activities and policies by the various parties that are contrary to the purpose and contents contained in Point 1, 2, 3 and 4 should be categorized as a serious crime.
