to day in VN, we celebrate new year 's day, do u know it ?

uhm in honest to say, we - the children receive no gift. but we receive lucky money in stead , in VN we call this is " tien li xi ", it is pronounced so the same as " teen lee xee "

. we receive this money after we wish adults for things like healthy, money ( earn more money than the year b4--> it 's example cos there are many wishes that i can't tell u cos it is too many

...... but this traditional festival that we call TET just happens 3 first day of the new year ( in VN and certain ASIAN countries we use a type of calander that is different from the calander in other countries in the world). but we use both of these calander .. TET is call our traditional festival- it is national festival.

i love this event cos we are absent from school for 2 weeks. we study so hard, in the morning, we study at school, in the afternoon, some of us go to classes that teacher teach students many things in higher level ( i can't remember wat to call it -> i forget)
