Of homework, blogging, and tiredness

HA! I made it in time .... by four minutes. I am sooo tired. Seriously. I had a crapload of homework tonight too, which didn't help.
I've never really understood homework. Students are already giving up SEVEN HOURS of their day to school, then they expect us to go home and spend a few hours more on homework? What the crap is wrong with these people? Do they not expect us to have lives outside of school (granted some of us don't.....).
To be honest, I don't really understand school either. After like the third grade, they just teach you a bunch of worthless crap. Seriously, this point is made unintentionally by "Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?". It's obvious people never need to know this crap, so they just forget it. Why keep up with useless information?
