I've made it. The character is someone called "Opera-tan".

SVG file (note:too big! 1.23MB) is also available. As you know, SVG means scalable vector graphic, so you can make wallpaper whatever sizes you want.

These graphics are in the public domain. Please feel free to use, modify, and so on.
