I just got word of the
Macintosh software for Party Poker that went live with the native Mac Party client. It's pretty sick. I really wasn't expecting it so soon. The manager kind of sprung it on me and all the sudden it was out. But, thank god it's finally released. And also, its nice to see a billion dollar company build a native version instead of just that Java style they put out earlier.
But, I still hate Party Poker as a player. Too many rude people play there so I stick to other places. Party Poker sure does attract some weird people. Maybe us Mac users can bring some decency and civilization to these thugs.

I got an email from someone who had visited my site. They were looking for a site that had a game called Telesina Poker. Honestly, I've never heard of it so I decided to do some reasearch. We finished the guide and
rules of Telesina. The site they suggested to play Telesina was
24hpoker.com. I played the game for a little bit. It was pretty fun. A nice change from Texas Holdem. The hand rankings was really throwing me off. Their all different from Holdem.

There is a new biography on the website. I really should have done a page on this guy a long time ago. He reminds me of like the grandfather of internet poker. Not because he's old or nothing but he's just been around since before the boom. His name is
Eric Haber and he goes by Sheets as his screen name. He owns PokerxFactor which is a good training site. We did a bio on
JohnnyBax awhile back which is his partner.
Hes got some really good articles on Sit and Go strategy at Foxsports Poker section. He's done about 4 articles so far. You need to be pretty damn good before they ask you to write articles. You also know you're good when you can quit hedge fund managing to play poker full time. Those guys make a crap load if theyr'e good. I've hear them upwards in the 100's of millions and even billionaires. Crazy stuff.
If you guys want any bios on certain players just give me their screen names. If they're big name guys I'll get a bio and schedule an interview with them and post here when they're done.

I had a couple requests about
Party Poker for Linux. Yes the Java will work on Linux. Like I said with mac users it is only play money. Supposedly Party Poker said the Java will be fully functional in about 3 weeks. You can still sign up but youre stuck with virtual money games.
No more need for Wine to play Party poker. Thank god because there were so many issues involved with it. Java makes life much easier sometimes.

A lot of the guys we've done interviews with or biographies on are doing really good at the WSOP. Probably the best
Prahlad Friedmanand
Eric Lynch both made it to the top 25 in the main event. Both of them made just under half mill. Not too bad considered Eric just went pro this year. Prahlad has been playing high stakes for awhile but it's still a good cash for him.
Good luck to everyone still standing.
