I love knowing all the different shortcuts and stuff like that. Being a website owner shortcuts are a must. I was just reading on Apple.com a way to copy and paste screenshots to your clipboard. Makes things much easier. I knew the basic ones but just found out this new one. Here is the full tip.

I'm getting this question a lot. Is PKR compatible with Mac? Unfortunately they are not. They say they have plans to possibly look into it but I've heard that one before. PKR might as well just say nah, we're not going to. I'm now playing at
Pokerstars.com when I use a Mac with their Mac version it's pretty solid. Don't forget, we have a larger list at our Mac poker site at
Compatiblepoker.comI just got an email from one of the managers at PKR.com. Usually I dont even look at new poker [Urooms but this one looked pretty neat. It has a 3d playing style with animations. I was a little skeptical about the logistics of actually playing. Most sites that have 3d technology are slow as hell and aren't too fun to play. I think Noblepoker used to have 3d software and they actually got rid of it. Noblepoker realized that nobody used it anyway and it was slowing up the games. Anyways here is the news release and a couple screenshots.

Internet poker is relatively new and I always wondered how it got started. It's pretty insane how something worth billions of dollars got started only a few years ago. Internet poker really didnt even take off until like 2004 when Moneymaker won. If you knew now what you knew then right. Here is my report on the
history of Internet Poker.

I'm going to be playing at Pacific Poker
www.Pacificpoker-Mac.com tonight using the no download Mac version. I was doing this Sit n Go thing the past month where I was trying to turn $5 into $5,000. Man that was gruelling. I got it up to $700 and stopped because you need a lot of patience which I really don't have. Cash games are much more exciting plus Pacific Poker doesnt have multiple tables for their tournaments and that's where I like to play. The players are so bad I just can't pass up on playing there. Oh well, if you're on today look me up.

Any of you guys out there like to use Wine to play poker? I know its free and all and it seems like a few people like it but well I'm trying to get a bigger list of sites that work really well on Wine. I have Party Poker pretty much set in stone with the steps even though we dont need it anymore because the
Party Poker no Download works on Mac and Linux without having to use Wine. What other sites do you guys use when playing poker using Wine? I wrote an article about this on a poker site how Party Poker is sending out dll's to gather information about what software and programs you are running when playing at their site. They added it in a recent upgrade. To me its scary because I really don't want some 8$ and hour worked sifting though my professional business. Plus I think it crapped out my computer. Either way I just use the Java software now because Java won't allow these poker sites to insert their dll's to spy on us. I guess its good in a way because it stops people from cheating but still. Here's the articles for playing poker on Wine. It won't work on Macs yet just Linux and some other operating systems.
