Online Poker Rooms for US American Citizen?

, , , ...

It's funny when I made this post things were a lost different. The only way for me to keep track of which poker sites are taking americans is to keep update this page www.Compatiblepoker.com/usa.php

Things changed dramatically and in the post below I said Paradise was open and Poker stars was not. That's all changed now.

Party Poker, Poker Stars, and 888 just pulled out of the online poker market. ParadisePoker.com said they will STAY until their time is up.

Some theories are going around that maybe its a good thing that these big sites are pulling out. It will make people aware of the banning and vote accordingly come time for elections.

Really, this whole thing makes me so mad its hard to write. How frustrating is this. Im having a hard time mustering up something to type because I just want to drive up to where ever it is Bill Frist lives and ask him what the fuck his problem is.

I mean seriously is your future agenda really worth pissing off millions of people to get your way. What kind of selfish tyrant is this fucking guy.

Thank you ParadisePoker for having the balls to stay open, even if it's just for a little while.

Pacific Poker Mac Site

I'm going to be playing at Pacific Poker www.Pacificpoker-Mac.com tonight using the no download Mac version. I was doing this Sit n Go thing the past month where I was trying to turn $5 into $5,000. Man that was gruelling. I got it up to $700 and stopped because you need a lot of patience which I really don't have. Cash games are much more exciting plus Pacific Poker doesnt have multiple tables for their tournaments and that's where I like to play. The players are so bad I just can't pass up on playing there. Oh well, if you're on today look me up.

The Masters is On But not really

, , , ...

If you play golf its a great time of year. I work at TPC 2 days a week so that I get outside and have somewhere to play. TPC was a great time. I had to work in the merchandise tent with a bunch of volunteers. I didnt like working the 15 hour shifts but it was still a really neat experience.

Since I worked at the club I had passes to the clubhouse and the bag room. I know all of the guys in the bag room so they let me in to snoop around to see what players were hitting. Callaway has got some really neat stuff. I also noticed that a lot of pros are using the Guerin Rife putters. I tried one out and they are good but they feel a little weird. They have those slots on the face that make it feel unsolid when you hit the ball. Most of the pros dont use the two bars they have custom designs made for them that look similiar to Scotty Cameron putters. All the pros were pretty cool and laid back. I think the coolest person I met and talked to was Fanny. Fanny is the old time caddy of Nick Faldo. She seemed really cool and laid back. She was on her way to the Apple store to buy and ipod.

Well Augusta is finally on. I really hate how they only show 3 hours of the tournament though. Its the biggest even in golf and they show it at 4 0'clock for only a few hours. Friggen A show that crap all day damit. I know I'd watch it. Plus all the good pros teed off in the morning so we didnt even get to see them. That really pissed me off. Anyway I look forward to seeing who wins the damn thing. I got my money on VJ. The luxury of working at TPC you get to sit right next to him every day and watch him practice. He was working on some weird drill where he stops at the top, lets his caddie tell him if he was in the right position, and then goes. He was doing the same damn dril for about 5 hours a day, all week. He's a machnine man. He never looks worn out too.

I think Im gonna go play some right now. The Stadium is closed now so I guess I'll have to play the Valley.

Online Casino for Macs: CasinoRoom Joins

, , , ...

I just got word that CasinoRoom is a new Mac compatible casino. They are the same people that run PokerRoom which is also a Mac compatible poker room. If you're not familiar with PokerRoom they are one of the largest online poker rooms out there. I guess the casino will be backed by them so from what I take is they are trustworthy. CasinoRoom was ok when we played there. I personally like it when the casinos give bonuses upfront like 888. The bonus was $100 but I lost my money before I got it. :frown: I usually lose at casinos. I swear everyone else wins at those things. I thought the progressives were pretty excisiting and that's probably why I lost my money. I tried to win the big bucks and the odds are pretty bad at winning them. Oh well. Heres the link to the site. www.CASINORO0M.com
