Premier Energy Corporation's main strategy is to expand its presence and increase the oil and gas production in Russia. The company currently holds the majority stake in CJSC Karbon, a closed stock company incorporated in joining the Russian Federation. Karbon has exploration and production license for the North-Kopanskoye field in Orenburg region on the Volga and the Urals.
Premier Energy Corp. is responsible for collecting the entire capital of the cash consideration of sixty five million dollars to be used for purchasing the securities and amortization of outstanding debt. After the acquisition, the company would have additional insurance of forty five million dollars for evaluation and development of oil fields acquired. There is no assurance that financing will be available earlier in all or, if appropriate, that the terms are acceptable.
