Its been a long time since we wrote anything on our page. We would like to apologies to all those people who have left us comments and not received replies we are working on it.
Quite a lot has changed since our last blog. The little boy in the video is 9 and nearly 10 and already knows everything there is to know in the world. (in his mind anyway! ) We have attached a picture of us taken at his prize giving at school.[IMGLEFT=http://files.
Our football team has now reached the dizzy heights of the premier league and it's a very exciting time.
We are going to add a little more content to the blog over the next few weeks. We have such a lot of catching up to do.
Today we are going on our holidays to Cyprus. We are really looking forward to it. We will be doing a regular blog on our site below if you are interested. Have a great day!
We went to a 21st birthday party last night. We have decided that alcohol and middle age just don't mix! When we were young, hangovers were what happened to other people. This morning we are paying for our excess! Pixel was really excited to see us in the early hours when we returned from the party. He wanted to play but had no chance whatsoever! Three weeks today we fly to Cyprus for our holidays. We are looking forward to the sunshine, food and drink! Connor is getting really excited because he loves the beach. We have relatives who live in Cyprus and fortunately, we will have the use of a car when we visit.
We recently went for a walk at a place called Silverdale. It's a very nice, typical English village close to the coast. We have posted an album with some pictures of the wonderful scenery.
We only have another 25 days untill our holiday in Cyprus and really looking forward to some sunshine. We are taking Connor and will of course take some pictures.
Today is the final game of the season for Blackpool FC. People always ask me why I support such a team and why on earth I have a season ticket! My answer is always "I was brainwashed by my late father as a child". I remember the getting out of bed at some unearthly hour and dad taking me to London on the coach to watch Blackpool play West Ham. (we lost!) The round trip of around 500 miles was pretty ardous for a young teenager. But I still to this day, continue to torture myself and go and watch them.
Today we have a home game against Watford. We need a draw at least to stay in the division and I have an awful feeling in the pit of my stomach. However I intend taking the camera and snap a few pics. If they are good enough, I will post them later. If we win I will post them anyway! If we lose you may never hear from me again!

We found out a little more information about the music video we observed being filmed near the ship. According to the local paper. The name of the band is the Fotos and they are an upcoming German band. They looked really bored stood around doing nothing. W e never realised a video took so long. If anyone of our German friends know anything about them we would really appreciate some more information. The name of the single is called explosion. Remember you saw it first on Opera
Today when taking Pixel for a walk. We came accross a band recording a music video. We have no idea who they were but we think they were German. Much to the annoyance of the director, Pixel started barking halfway through. (Note scowling man in red shirt!) We laughed and made a hasty exit. We have added some more pictures to the Ship folder if you are not sick of hearing about it! The ship is to be broke up for scrap soon which is a pity. But I suppose it's worth a fortune. The ship is going through the process of having the cargo removed at the moment. This includes trucks and cars. Incidentally, no one was hurt when the ship beached. Everyone was evacuated safely. It was hit by a freak wave in the Irish sea and the engines were flooded apparently!
We recently went to the beach to see a ship that beached. The ships engines had failed during a recent storm. Efforts to refloat were abandoned by the salvagers and I think it will soon be broken up. The ship has turned into quite a tourist attraction and it a shame they can't leave it there. However, we have posted some pictures and videos for those of you who are interested. We have also added a link to a news post about the ship. Just for fun and because Connor asked us to, we have posted a video of Connor's first ever golf swing! Watch out Tiger Woods!
