Film Star Rajesh Khanna going by the warm response of the gathering at GK Resorts here on the occasion of the promotional campaign of the film Kash…Mere Hote, starring Kumar Sahil, Sneha Ullal and Rajesh Khanna. He arrived late at the venue & started off with "Mein der karta nahin, der ho jaati hai…Iss liye mein maafi kaa hakdaar huun." In his own style he went on to add, "I am from Amritsar. So, even though I am in Ludhiana, I feel very much at home…It's the audi ence that makes us (actors) popular…I had said goodbye to films when I joined poli tics, but now I have signed seven or eight films." Showering praises on Sahil's acting ability and Ullal's looks, he said it took him two minutes to say ‘yes' to his role in Kash… Mere Hote. Commenting on the difference between the actors of yesteryears and that of to day he said technically there , had been much advancement, but still the actors were rooted in Indian tradition. Meanwhile, Sahil and Ullal spoke about their expectations from the film and how they had strived hard to do justice to their roles. "I am Punjab da munda. I hope I would receive your love," quipped Sahil.
