Super Star Rajesh Khanna's Humshakal - 1974

Introduction :

This Hindi film staring Super Star Rajesh Khanna - Mausami-Tanuja is a remake from from a 1970 Kannada Film Baalu Belagitu staring Dr Rajkumar-Jayanthi-Bharathi. The songs are very fabulous of Kishore Kumar and Lata Mangeshkar. And a song also from Mohd Rafi for Super Star Rajesh khanna and his voice also suits him. Super Star Rajesh Khanna is accused of two timing his poor wife Mausami and living it off as a rich man with Tanuja as her husband and in fact as his own master according to his first wife.

Summary :

Ram comes from a poor family, and works as a labourer for a living. One day he comes across an old woman in distress, and decides to assist her. This old woman is dying and asks Ram to promise to look after her young and destitute daughter, Radha, and Ram does so. Eventually, Ram and Radha get married and sire a baby boy. One day the child becomes seriously ill, and Radha goes to Ram's place of employment to get him to assist the child. It is there she finds out that Ram is living a parallel life as Laxman, and is living with a woman named Lalita.
