In our opinion, from the information presented to us, these financial statements fairly present, in all material respects, the financial position of the company as at 31 December 2009 and the results of its operations for the year then ended, in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.

With the written consent of all shareholders, we have performed certain accounting and secretarial duties.
