Time to move

I've already got a good job (maybe good is too much , but I can develop myself and do almost what I want to do) and renumeration that lets me fulfil some of my hobbies.
But I have recently realised that I've forgot about the most important one. I always wanted to travel to look for a place that would make me happy everyday. Now I work from MOn- Fri. 8:00-16:30 and I have 20 days of holiday per year. So no serious moves are possible. Today I have decided that in this particular job I will spend not more than a year!! So I hope to move somewhere in the next 12 months:)
My favourite places are (at least I imagine them as places that I could live):
Europe:
Norway&Sweden
France
Spain
Portugal
Switzerland
USA&Canada
and
New Zealand
My dream is a combination of mountains and clean lakes with an access to sea:)with a lot of living space.
The place and people living there should be tolerant and open-minded:)
so if anyone could help me to find a job there please writ:D
