I don't know if this is a joke, or someone hacked YouTube...
the meaning of the Italian sentence is:
Sorry, an error just occurred
We already sent a team of higly trained monkeys in reconnaissance to solve the problem.
If it's was a joke, I think it is offensive to qualify your technicians as monkeys...
