As a leasing consultant, I have control on my time; I can explore new things. I tried holistic healing, this focus not only on your physical but also mental and emotional balance. This approach help me refocus, value my life and other’s lives and a great way to strive for balance in my life.
I learned holistic healing does not directly pertain to something physical, if you feel you have an illness or a disease, it is still best to consult a doctor but in my case I found out that what I feel physically has something to do with what I bottle up emotionally. This approach helped me control my energy and emotions towards relaxation. My goal is to try to balance my life, thus I need a healthy mind and body to do so.
