My OperaWinter Heating Costs will be up 70%

reports that many states need to be prepared for a cold winter. They say winter heating costs in many US states will be up 70% from last year!
And, of course, I am sure you heard that gas prices are expected to soar after Rita..again.
Meanwhile, 2000 are being laid off from Sony. Not to mention all the other massive lay-offs going on every day.
What is going on? It's really scary. Maybe we need to start building an Ark. I think God has had it with us humans. If he thought they were sinners back then, what in the world would he think of us now? Scary concept.
