Every so often it can be difficult to fall asleep

Sometimes it can be difficult to fall asleep. Instead of falling asleep and having sweet dreams, we keep tossing in our beds. The next day, we wake up tired and we are not efficient at home. Here are suggestion to help you have a good night.
No Caffeine after 6pm : To sleep well, caffeine has to have been eliminated from your system. Sometimes this can take longer, depending on the person. If you drink caffeine late into the evening, you will artificially stimulate your body and thus delay your sleeping time or have an agitated night.
No spicy food : Spicy food has negative effect on your night. If you like spicy food, eat it for lunch instead.
Same bedtime every day : regular schedule will help your body find balance. If you go to bed at the same time every night, you will fall asleep faster.
