Happy Birthday my Blog

This month is my blog birthday, dunno what the exactly time but i remember it was november. Yeah, i am 1 years old now, still baby. I don't know maybe i ever made something wrong, maybe someone sad coz of me...? Please forgive me... But at least i learn about friendship much. How to apreciate each other.Share and caring...

Who know about shopping addiction?
Better known as compulsive shopping or compulsive buying disorder. Mostly associated with women. I thought it is twentieth century disorder p: since advertising surrounding us by Television, magazine, etc.




Compulsive behaviors associated with shopping do not constitute an addiction in the medical sense; the clear indication that some people use shopping to ‘self-medicate’ certain emotional or psychological problems. Some of them tried to forget the stress with shopping. (i have a friend, she eat very much when got stress, how about you?)





Shopping addiction is bad idea, its just short live escape and will damage our finances. Someone have shopping addiction just feel satisfied when spending money process, and than they feel bad mood and negative feeling till the next shopping.

I thought we must make priority scale before spending money. Make priority scale, what do you need and you think its important ,try to make a list :

1. CD?
2. shoes?
3. hand bag?
4. hand phone?
5. Lap top? or...
6. vacation maybe?

And than save money although not much but consistence. Its very good if you start as soon as posible, making it a lifelong habit will benefit you in the years to come.If you got money from your dad every month , you can save it too.



I thought shopping the Sales is One of the easiest ways to save money. Sometime i make a plan to shopping trip on exhibition event, ussualy they give special discount. But if i didnt found click with me i dont buy anything, just window shopping, like here, i taken this photo when visit Mode house in Bandung (Roemah Mode).



Im not shopping addict, window shopping does not constitute an addiction, the shopping addict feels unable to stop or even control their spending, but window shopping just having fun.
