How to Never Forget Anything Again - My own approach

Inspired by the article of Leo Babauta on the blog of tim ferriss "How to Never Forget Anything Again" i write my own approach. Leo suggest to use Google-Mail, Google Calendar, Remember The Milk (To-To-List) and Evernote. The Problem with his approach: all your data is online.
But you can get all the online-apps together in one desktop-app with thunderbird (except evernote), which has is own destop-app to sync). Just install thunderbird the lightning extension for a calendar and then the googel-calendar-extension and the rmilk extension. so you habe a nerve-centre with the advantage to access your data offline.
