The Life and Times of Matthew Willoughby

Im feeling a little down and upset tonight. I'm missing a stray cat that used to hang around near my parents old home in gainsborough. It was such a lovely cat,so friendly and loving. When i moved in with my girlfriend it even managed to follow me and find me there,but after we broke up and i moved to another city i lost her. The last time i saw her was in 2005 i do hope shes ok. Im going to go look for her on wednesday this week. In other news ive just read on interfax that Georgia has been firing mortar rounds into ossettia. Its coming up to the anniversary of last years war and i fear another,wider conflict in on the cards.

Well ...so much for maintaining regular entries eh..! since my last blog i have become the proud owner of a cat! she is around a year old and she is a fine friendly animal :-) she was in terrible condition poor thing,but a few trips to the vet and a healthy diet has done wonders for her :-) i have recently sold my ps3 and im kinda regretting it now..im thinking of getting a 360 this week,if a can find a jaffa model around here someplace..if not then i dont think i will,i have a friend who is on his 9th xbox,thats just stupid microsoft why release such a shoddy machine?! im blogging this on a nokia 6230i,ive been using this phone for a while actually,i havent used it for about 3years and it works just a well as the day i first got it. Ive recently starting reviving another long lost hobby of mine. I brought a copy of 2nd ed WH40K and the new assault on black reach boxset,i dont know what it is but i have been getting the urge to revisit my old teenage hobbies? Maybe its just my age,i hit the big 30next month,and my 20's will be a distant memory...how depressing! I have been following international relations more closely in the past few months..it seems like we are on the brink of a new cold war. As i write this NATO are conducting exercises in Georgia,much to Russias annoyance. If NATO were to commit to the defence of this country,and Ukrane i feel it could be a potential flash point on par with the Koreas,The Taiwan straits or Kashmir,maybe im just being paranoid but the world feels a more uncertain place..

This is going to be a very dull post i know it. Im trying a new phone out , there's no reason for this other than curiosity , and in real terms its a major downgrade. Im bloging this on a K700 instead of my usual K800i and so far the only good thing i can say about it is the keys are nice and big and rubbery,like a 3310 :-) and it feels nice on the thumbs. however download speeds are laughably slow,and sometimes impossible. I put opera mini on it
