Born and braised in Bellingham. Been raftin' since 1992. Lived in Alaska, Japan, Seattle, traveled a bit. Did some adventure guiding in my 20's. Love life, love Bellingham, love raftin', yep.

My work

Used to manage investment portfolios for really rich folks. Eventually decided to focus only on real estate. Guiding folks through real estate transactions can be as internally rewarding as guiding a river trip. I know that's hard to believe...but it's true.
