How to start: Goto http://pages.google.com/ You will see now the following page.



Step 1: Click the link that I numbered as 1.



Step 1A: Read the Terms and Conditions. If you accept those you can goto step 2 else you will have to find another way to upload your backup file.

Step 2: Check the I have read an agreed...

Step 3: Click the button I have labeled number 3.



Step 4: Click the link I labeled number 4.



Step 5: On the left you will now see a little box with uploaded stuff as title. Click the highlighted number 5 upload button.



Step 6: Press the browse button labeled number 6 and a file browser menu will popup now choose your backup file and click ok.



Step 7: If all went well you will now see your file listed, in my case it was restore.txt . Now click the file and a new window will open with in the address bar the link to the file. This link you have to enter in the widget config page and you are ready togo.
