1 orange 1 apple 1 pack of frozen açaí 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt 1/4 cup soy milk 1/4 cup blueberries 1/4 cup hemp granola 2 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
Let the açaí defrost by leaving it at room temperature for 20 minutes. Do not use hot water. Squeze the orange to extract the juice. Put it in the blender jar. Peel and cut an apple into smaller pieces. Place it in the jar. Cut 2/3 of the banana and place it in the jar. Leave 1/3 for topping. Put most of the blueberries in the jar but leave a few for topping. Put the yogurt, the soy milk, the açaí and the shelled hemp seeds in the jar. Blend at low speed: The açaí will loose nutritional and antioxidant properties if heated. Pour into a large bowl. Add granola to form a floating layer. Top with the third of the banana cut in small slices and the blueberries.
