Surgery succeeded but patient died!

In any part of the world, you can hear: “We did our best but we are sorry the patient died.”. While in Egypt, you will hear: “The surgery succeeded but unfortunately the patient died.”.
In an official visit to Upper Egypt, President Mubarak listened to his ministers about economic situations in Egypt. Ministers told him that Egypt is one of three countries have not been affected by world economic crisis. OK but we suffer. I am a specialist pediatrician in Egypt and I studied to be a consultant but I shall not try on exams in October 2009 because I prepare my papers to travel to Saudi Arabia as a resident pediatrician. Why shall I work as a resident while I am a specialist? Am I foolish? No; I am not. Just this is the job I found these days in Saudi Arabia. My salary as a resident in Saudi Arabia is 10 times my salary as a specialist in Egypt and prices of goods in Saudi Arabia is less than that in Egypt.
In our case the surgery succeeded but we do not find the patient. May be, minister of finance sold him to cover the disturbance in the budget.
