Censorship in Tunisia, Opera gets affected

Since Web pages are processed in Opera Mini servers, Opera Mini acts like using a proxy server. This make impossible to know which site is visited by Opera Mini without processing contents. So a simple solution that the Tunisian Internet Agency have found: Bloc all access to Opera Mini servers. That normally means that Tunisian people will not be able to use Opera Mini.
But much to my surprise, some Opera Browser's functionality stopped working:
- Opera Link does not sync anymore.
- Opera Unite cannot be accessed from within Tunisia
- any file hosted at files.opera.com (including images in blog posts) does not work.
I don't know how these services get affected (may be shares the same ip address with Opera Mini server) but this makes the opera experience not as good as it really is
Edit: Looks like all opera services previously censored are working again
