The
intro above will point users either to the
GIS application page (left) or to the
online version (right).
The design of both sites would also be improved over time...
P.S.: all illustration made completely in vector, using Adobe Illustrator CS3

I began to learn vector graphics recently and Adobe Illustrator particularly. And now, when I know some basics I began to look around in the search of the "illustrator guru".
The man I've found makes me feel myself like a little dirty and stupid bug at the area of vector illustration... Just take a look at that:

The whole portfolio of Yukio Miyamoto may be found here:
http://www.khulsey.com/portfolio_auto.htmlIt's all *VECTOR* graphics!!!
BUT!Is it the right choice? Or maybe it's just an excessiveness? Yes, vector is great, but... 3D model in that particular cases would be a better solution. IMHO. Imagine you'll need that picture at some case in another viewing angle? With the use of the 3D-model you just need to turn the model (or camera) to that angle and render again. In the case of the vector source you'll need to draw it again from scratch...
