Recover your Xp Password in easy way

Yesterday night i downloaded a slax based live cd it is used recover your xp password.it is very easy to use and find password very quickly.The programme is called ophcrack.these password made up by mixing of case letters and numbers espacilly Lm alphanumeric SSTIC-1ok can generate 2^83 password(12 septillion).here i attached the link

i tested in my friend's system who has Windows xp it takes only 4 sec
---first i downloaded ophcrack live cd.iso form http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/ the size of the iso file is 455 MB
---Than i write as cd and boot up from cd
---automatically find all password
---then reboot the sytem to enter in Xp
