First of all, I am not an Opera employee, so I cannot ban anyone. I can only only report things that I think are against the rules. I reported wingoflove and kidkenshin. I think it was http://my.opera.com/sgunhouse/blog/ who took a look at your blogs and banned them.

Can't actually remember what was wrong with wingoflove, most likely it had some copyrighted content. kidkenshin had lots of anime stuff.

It is illegal to give away someone elses work like that. How could the artist sell his work if people steal it from him and give it away for free? Think of the starving artists!

You should send to someone a message and ask him/her delete that post unless you will send report to ban his/her blog. All important my files were deleted by your report. Our blogs were banned.

You did not see kidkenshin is my friend in my friends list, did you? I am sad, but I am a male so I can feel sad a little. I was shock. What did you know about my friend when she knew her blog was banned? My friend cried a lot when her blog was banned. All her heart put in her blog. Her love stories write in there. For her, her blog is her home. She did not save anything on her computer. Tell me, how she can get recover her stories? How can she feel better?

I do not mean complain you. You should send a message before you do something. Sometimes, Live without principle is better. I think you can not understand what is important for someone when he try to build his home though it is a virtual home.

I suppose http://my.opera.com/sgunhouse/blog/ *might* be able to remove all the illegal content from those blogs and after that unban them. If he can't do it, he at least should know someone who can do that.

I hope you two have learned two important lessons:
1. Keep backups of your important files
2. Do not steal stuff

I didn't find kidkenshin from your friendslist. I was searching for people who distribute anime/manga/cracks and I found you two and few others.

Life without principle is better? Do you mean that you think it's ok if people steal other people's work? No, I don't understand why someone would build their house with stolen goods, it is bound to end in failure. Obey the rules! Do not steal stuff.

Like I said, I am not an Opera employee so there would be little point for me to send private messages. Why would anyone obey just some random people asking them to delete something? If they know that they are doing something against the rules they wouldn't do it in the first place.

I think I did not steal. Someone post his anime, manga, software after he had bought it. He uploaded and let everybody download. That is called "share". There are a lot of the poor. I think you have a narrow soul, a selfish heart so you do not how to share. I have to pay money to online and to download. I can share what I have with everybody if they ask me and I have never received their money.

Your english seems to good, so you should have obeyed the rules. You might not think that you are stealing from anyone, but the truth is that sharing stuff like that is against the rules for a good reason. Why would people buy comics/movies if they would get them free? And why even make them if people only steal them...

And you are right, sharing things in the internet might not *exactly* be stealing, but I (and the courts) think that it is close enough and that it should be punished, and it appears that My Opera thinks so too. If you didn't do anything wrong why did you get banned? Here is a hint - you cannot share stuff that you don't own (you didn't make it, so you have no right to give it away).

It is very clear that Opera's terms are much more easier to understand. You hardly need a Ph.D to understand them. "Ignorantia juris non excusat" even though you claim not to have understood the rules it doesn't change the fact that you agreed to those rules when you signed up, ignorance is no excuse. They found out that you were breaking the rules, and you have been justly punished for your actions.
