The Berliner Zeitung from 4. of August brought an article about the project. I is going to be a Waldorf Astoria hotel, the first in Germany and the building will be 37 storys of height.

The long building alongside the Breitscheidplatz / Budapester Straße (the one with the 99-cent and cheap-bag stores) is also to be renovated. The architect says they planned a huge public roofgarden.
