The Image here is not hard to capture. At the sametime, the lighting is very tricky and can bounce back into the camera lens. The Digital Camera capture would be almost impossible, since the lens is directly pointed into the light coming from Electronic Strobe lighting source...
Sometimes many lights are required... There are three with a bounce.... This image was captured on real film allowing a spill to occur without coming into the frame. The use of Photoshop was very limited, only used to crop and size for this presentation... The loss of real CMYK (Slide film) drops the quality of the image. Many attempts at digital capture have been made without success.... So Have Fun
