让 Google Talk 显示 foobar2000 的歌曲信息

新版的 Google Talk 为用户提供了很多实用的功能. 包括文件传输, 发送语音邮件, 显示正在播放的音乐等等...
而显示正在播放的音乐的功能只支持四款软件, 竟然不支持 foobar2000.
还好, 有位人兄做了个插件, foobar2000 也间接被支持了.
