Hay friends, If you really love your family and friends then encourage them to learn self defense techniques. Old martial art is not much useful now days. Find out something like ‘Systema’ or ‘Krav maga’, because it is designed for the modern man. Learn some basic and simple moves. Learn how to block kicks and punch, learn knife defense and weapon disarm. You can find lots of videos on www.youtube.com . Learn how to Use simple things as weapon like your car keys or pen because carrying a weapon with you is illegal. There are also lots of videos about ‘women self defense’. Watch them carefully and practice with your friends and family members.

Watch these videos and remember that knowledge has organizing power, if you watch these videos regularly then automatically your brain will get programmed and if you practice these skills then it will become your muscle memory. If you don’t want to join any martial art school then at least learn from these videos. Watch these videos again and again and again. Many techniques are very easy. And in complicated situations easy is right. Within two or three months you will become very confident and skillful. You can learn many things simply by watching and visualizing. Practice in your mind, imagine worst scenario and how you will defend in this situation.

Learn offensive self defense.

If you watch 1000 videos you will learn at least 100 moves just by watching, and if you practice then you will become unstoppable. Just choose simple and easy things, avoid complicated moves or high kicks. Practice lower kicks, knees, elbow. Practice using ordinary things as weapon as I told above. Nasty people will not understand your concept of non-violence and the concept of non-violence does not work in the streets or in the warfare.
If you can not able to protect your family then you are not eligible for marriage or romance!
If you are not prepared to protect yourself then you are unfit to survive. Don’t be stupid.
It is stupidity to live blindly. Open your eyes. God will not protect your kids but you have to teach them how to protect themselves. And you must teach them self defense before teaching non-violence. Remember, tactical violence, strength and power comes before non-violence.
