This summer is the summer I finally finish my basement. I have been saying that for years but I can’t put it off any longer. We now have 7 grandkids and they all live close enough that they are over here a lot and we don’t have the room for everyone anymore. The thing is right now my basement is a disaster. I wouldn’t call my wife and myself hoarders but there’s enough junk down there that some people might call us that. I’m going to start the whole process by finding a dumpster rental company that can bring one to our backyard. We have already decided that 95% of the junk down there is going to be gone. I just have a few select things down there I want to hold onto like my Dad’s gun collection that he gave me. I plan on getting a nice gun safe for those but for the meantime they are going under our bed.
