NOC Stock Photography

in chinese we say “會總結的人，才會進步”which means only those who know how to summarize their past can move forward. i've been doing the stock photography for the last six months, i often ask myself have i been making progress in photography and have i been enjoying the life i have.

before january this year i didnt know anything about photography and i didnt notice any beauty about my ordinary life, once i pick up the camera i start to look at things from a different angle, things that usually look boring now suddenly look more alive through the lens.

things i gain from this hobby:

1. understand photography better. i've learned so much through this progress, in the beginning my acceptance ratio is 32.1% and now my acceptance is 95.1%. the funny thing is the more i learn the more i need to learn
2. change of my personality, before i did stock photography, i was bored lacking anything interesting outside of work, now i really enjoy and appreciate life.
3. getting to know more people outside my normal social circle.
4. learnt some english
5. some cash.

things to do:
1. shoot more (photos not people lol ) - to enlarge my portfolio, using all opportunities possible.
2. learn more - especially human portrait.
