齐心协力备战，不打无准备之仗
——记第四届“星光计划”《计算机网络技术》组竞赛集训
上海科技管理学校 理科1008班 徐政
题记：上海两年一届的“星光计划”技能大赛，对于职业院校的学生技能的培养有着极其重要的意义。我校领导对本届大赛非常重视，全校上下，各系、专业的领导和老师正在齐心协力，一起积极地做着赛前的备战工作，各项目组的集训也都在紧锣密鼓地进行着。
第四届“星光计划”技能大赛的决赛将于3月19日进行，为了在本次竞赛中取得好成绩，我校各项目组都在齐心协力地积极备战。由于本届比赛项目组竞赛要求较高，内容多而广，难度较大，春节之前，项目组选手们就在指导老师的带领和指导下开始了严格的集训征程，选手们积极地进行着高强度的培训，牺牲了许多宝贵的休息时间。时间飞逝，转眼间已到了2月底，选手们正在进行着最后冲刺阶段的训练。
我校《计算机网络技术》项目组经过层层的严格选拔，选出了邓祎鑫等16名，最后抽签选中邓祎鑫、邓亚威和高渊三位学生参加竞赛，其中包括三个大模块，即网络搭建与配置、系统配置和网络管理与维护，赛竞时间为120分钟。此次决赛备战形势严峻，时间短，强度大，更增加难度的是这些内容的样题近日才在官网上公布，有部分内容学生们并没有学过，所以项目组要求参赛同学在这不到一个月时间内掌握并熟悉这些内容，可谓难度系数增大，参照上届的比赛，比赛内容和比赛方式等也有很大的变化。因此，为了“不打无准备之仗”，整个项目组在利用一切可调剂的时间进行着培训，每一位参赛选手在老师的指导下不怕苦，不怕累，刻苦精炼技术，随着决赛时间的不断临近，他们仍镇静、淡定地与指导老师一起克服着集训中遇到的道道难关，争分夺秒地进行着赛前集训，而学校实训中心的204机房、2号楼网络实训室则见证着他们竞技水平的每一次提高。
指导老师袁老师对于此次参赛同学的期望很高，制定的目标是：做到全数得奖，要较上一届比赛更上一层楼，为校争光添彩。而这一切都离不开同学们和老师的高度配合，以及课后同学们的不懈努力。相信在我校师生的共同努力下，我们的参赛选手们一定能突破重重困难，赢得本次“星光计划”竞赛的最终胜利！百舸争流，他们正在扬帆远航！
在每一道难题的面前，他们又是多么的从容不迫啊！

Our school leadership to attach great importance to this contest, each department, a whole school of professional leadership and teacher is a concerted effort together, actively doing the pre-match preparation work, each team training are underway.
The 4th "starlight plan" skills contest finals will be held on March 19th, for in the race to get good grades, our school each project in a concerted effort to positive preparation. Due to the competition team competition the demand is higher, more content and wide, difficulty bigger, before the New Year, the project team players in guiding the guidance of teachers and guidance began strict training journey, the contestants actively carried out high strength training, sacrificed many precious time to rest. Time flies, eye has reached the end of February, the players is carrying on the final sprint training.
Our school "computer network technology" project team after layers of strict selection, chose DengYi xin etc 16, finally draw DengYi xin, selected DengYaWei and GaoYuan three students attend the competition, including three big modules, namely network configuration, system configuration and network management and maintenance, the auction time for 120 minutes. The final preparation for the grim situation, short time and intensity big, more increase the difficulty is the content of the sample questions just recently published in the official website, a part of the content students and had not learned, so in this project competitors are required to students in less than a month master and become familiar with these content, is difficulty coefficient increases, referring to the game, the content and the way to wait to also have very big change. Therefore, in order to "should fight no battle unprepared", the whole project in using all can adjust the time for the training, each contestant under the teacher's guidance, far BuPaLei, assiduous refining technology, with the final time continuously near, they still calm, weak marked with guiding teacher together overcome difficulties encountered bolts of training, clock, and a pre-season training school training center of the 204 rooms, tower 2 network the simulant teach room is witness to their competitive level of every increase.
Guide teacher yuan for the participating students teacher high expectations, formulate objectives are: to achieve full prize, better than the last tournament further upward, for my school the prestige of the honor. But all this is inseparable from the height of the classmates and teachers and classmates after class to cooperate, the unremitting efforts. Believe in our school teachers' and students' efforts, our players must can break through many difficulties and won the "star plan" competition the final victory! To win, they are sails!
