You need to put in details about your height and age and other information that is relevant. This will give you accurate results. A person of five foot eight inches will have an ideal body weight of approximately 150 pounds. But many women of this height will say they look and feel better when they weigh from 130 to 140 pounds. A ten pound difference either way is acceptable if you eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly.

If you aim to be twenty or more pounds under your naturally given body weight then it becomes a health issue. If you are having a problem seeing yourself as you really are then you may want to get some professional medical advice. There is no way that any person can be healthy by being drastically under their medically correct body weight Of course, it is just as important not to go in the opposite direction. Being twenty or more pounds over your ideal weight is also unhealthy. Remember, you want to have a healthy body not just one that is thin.
