WORK ETHICS? WHERE HAVE IT ALL GONE TO?

SINCE DAY ONE I CAME BACK TO THE COMPANY, MY REST DAYS IS NOT EVEN REST DAYS. I HAVE TO BE WORRIED WHETHER EVERYTHING'S ALRIGHT WHEN I'M NOT AROUND. I HAVE BAD INSTINCT THAT SOMEHOW, SOMETHING WILL NOT GO THE RIGHT WAY! MY INSTINCT WAS RIGHT ALL THE TIME. IS EITHER I WILL HAVE CALL FROM THE FELLOW ASSOCIATES ABOUT THE CHALLENGES THEY ARE FACING WITH THE WORK OR WHEN I COME BACK FOR DUTY, THERE MUST BE SOMETHING MISSING. IS NOT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN TRAINED TO DO THE JOB! IS EITHER THEY JUST WORK FOR THE SAKE OF GETTING THE PAY CHEQUE AT THE END OF THE MONTH OR THEY ARE JUST PLAIN STUPID. I HARDLY EVEN USE THE WORD STUPID BUT THEY FORCE ME TO USE THE WORD. WHY CAN'T THEY USE THEIR BRAIN TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING? DO ONE FEEL FULFILLED WHEN WHATEVER THEY DID IS NOT CORRECT? I WONDER..............................
THESE MATTER CAN BE SOLVED! HOWEVER, THE PERSON INVOLVED DO NOT FUCKING GIVE A DAMN ABOUT WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE OFFICE.
I NEVER THOUGHT THAT BY DEMANDING EXCELLENCE, I WOULD BE CHALLENGING THEIR BRAIN, THEIR LIFE THAT THEY ARE BORN TO LIVE! WHAT'S HAPPENING TO THE COMPANY? OR IS IT JUST ME, HAVING HIGH EXPECTATION?
THAT IS WHY SUICIDE CASES IN THE WORLD WILL NEVER DECREASE BECAUSE FOR HAVING CO-WORKERS LIKE WHAT I'M HAVING NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

agree on certain area concern your worries during your absence..
happens all the time, savvy and let alone on matters under our expertise we scrutinize when it went wrong, discrepancies floats around etc..it tend to get back on our shoulder..
deep in my thinking, can't blame anyone because it's not a good practice after all it'll damage the positive side of the brain when it suppose to get into other areas instead of burdening, yeah.. we may correct it - true.
it returns..like it or not, at times people don't really change to the max and nobody is perfect nonetheless but doesn't sound as to fix the excuses after all eh?
take on the bright side, forget the grumbles while continue the best out of professionalism in us and that takes somewhere even we may statically immobile..
it used to be my ethic staying on the professional carry-on persona but time will beat you slowly but never the person in you
expectations? nothing to do neither related indirectly since it's built over the time expense we grow and step up the concept - it's not about being excellence alone and it doesn't help much because principally it is the code of conduct carries us forward in the company structure no matter where we are attached to..got it?
it isn't easy, promotion? don't question bout it either..evaluate ourselves to the extend by not letting others yet therefore we are one step ahead before the time really shows up at the door..directing you which way to go huh!
