This is an ongoing directory that whilst being the result of extensive investigation, does not claim to be exhaustive.

But... the map is a little strange, right?
I guess it only shows countries with Design Schools. Countries that don't have it are represented as ocean
It would be better to paint them with a different colour (IMHO)
