Not so soon...you are too skeptical about what I said. I won't blame you for that because your problems are transferred to you by beings from another world where eternity is the norm.
You need indeed to communicate more often with what is in you, so that what you hear from your consciousness will acquire meaning and significance. Unless you do that, your condition will deteriorate to the point where you'll feel alienated from the world, because nobody really understands what YOU are really about.
Do it in the ways I suggested, and your dejection will be transformed into euphoria because it is great to live...and exist... in the sort duality that spans across two worlds...a feat that 99 percent of humans can never even think of being possible.
Follow my advice and you will soon experience a significant transfer of energy...like a torrent... from what is inside you direct back TO you. That transfer of energy could not happen unless you take the initial steps I have outlined for you.
