Do you like to mine?
Mining isn't all fun and games but it is a very easy and mindless thing you can do while either A) talking to friends or just listening to the latest Miley Cyrus song that you love o so much.
Just kidding but you get what I mean, now lets get back to mining in minecraft v1.7.2! You have probably realized by now that you don't have to use torches when mining but its always smart to place them every few blocks to keep random creepers from spawning right behind you or in your pathway home to bring home all of your hard earned ores and other goodies. but that is entirely up to but really recommended to be done. Now that you know part of the hells of mining, here are a few things you need to take into consideration when mining in Minecraft. We all know minecraft isn't worth $26 so don't pay for it then get minecraft For free right now thanks to this cool new site!
Lava pits, water, and randomly generated mineshafts. Mineshafts can be a godsend and a hell hole. I find them more of a problem then of a help but if you are good at keeping track of where your entrance/exit is then by all means feel free to use them. I hate them because I am bad at doing that. I can mine all day in them but if I don't have Rei's minimap then I am royally freaked at finding my minecraft house again *usually* not all the time.
What types of mining is there in Minecraft?
There are several types of mining in Minecraft and I think you'll like some more then other but you'll get way more resources then you ever thought possible. Just think of going on a two hour long diamond trip and coming back with 64 diamonds, 3 stacks of gold, 4 stacks of iron ore, and 5 stacks of coal alone. it's seriously possible, me and my friends have done it before and it was one hell of a trip! Lets just list the different kinds in the next article coming up here in a few days!
