So we are now in that ever so fun escrow stage. We just hope the home appraises at the value we expect.
Work was horrible today. Everything that could go wrong just kept perpetually persisting. It's interesting how much people rely on IT professionals everywhere yet, neglect the idea of maintenance. I'm tired of support models that grossly over charge for a service that has no way of evaluating its worth.
Oh well. I could rant forever, but good news is, we'll close on the home on Feb 14th. hopefully this is a good V-tines present. Let's just hope I don't forget a card....
