friendfeed, flixr, Hastings, blogging
...
Hi, long time no blog update.
So what have I been up to, you might ask? I have been really getting stuck into micro blogging. Instead of planing what to write, it is just to easy to write a line or two. You can find me at Twitter and Friendfeed using the same user name as here, misund007 - so check me out there. I have also been on a few trips, latest one to Hastings. Hastings is a really nice small city on the coast of UK, where tourism and fishing live in harmony. To see pictures form the trip, go

Blog
I have been to another blogger meetup. It seems that a lot of bloggers out there are blogging about one subject, unlike me who has been writing about anything. Talking to other bloggers got me thinking, is this something I should try? I have always been fascinated by phones and lately particularly Nokia Symbian phones. I have been feeling that Misund007-Post has sort of lost its way, I needed to start from the beginning again. And that this new blog is going to be about one subject. I am not going to stop this blog here, but what I am writing about is maybe going to change a little.

Opera
By chance I read the
user agreement you have to say ok to have a blog with Opera:
Quote: By uploading Content to Opera’s site, you grant Opera an unrestricted, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute such material in any manner, including in connection with Opera's business, and you also agree that Opera is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send Opera for any purpose.
Ohh really, well that just great.. I'm sure that in most cases I would be very happy if a picture or text I have made had been used for something Opera saw fit. I would probably be very proud. But without my say-so? What if Opera used something I had uploaded to promote something that I am against, or do not want to associated with? What then?
When Facebook tried to use a similar user agreement there were an enormous outcry from users how wrong this was. Why has this not happened in the Opera Community? I did not read the contract before saying ok to it, maybe no one else did
