The SuperSonic jets for people carrying might be coming back. These guys are planning to make a business jet that can do 1.6 Mach. I would have loved to have been onboard the Concorde when it was flying, so this gives me hope that maybe one day I'll be able to fly faster then sound as well :smile:

Jeremy Clarkson wrote in an Epitaph to Concorde that it failed not because it was so fast but because it was to slow,in these days of the Internet,Mobiles,Blackberry's etc when we have to travel around the world do we have to rush or can we do it at a more leisurely pace

I agree, but I do love the idea of traveling London to New York within a few hours
