Rock and roll is here to stay

I have been going through some old cd's I have laying around. I bought this album a few years back, Neil Young's Live Rust. I remember I did not like it that much when I listen to it for the first time. It went into the pile of cd I have for no reason, I have a few cd's like that. But now when I list to it, I love every song on it. I must have changed.... strange

Now I would say, if you want to know what Neil Young is all about, listen to Live Rust. The album is great

This is the lyrics of one of the songs on the album: My my, hey hey

My my, hey hey
Rock and roll is here to stay
It's better to burn out
Than to fade away
My my, hey hey.

Out of the blue and into the black
They give you this, but you pay for that
And once you're gone, you can never come back
When you're out of the blue and into the black.

The king is gone but he's not forgotten
This is the story of a johnny rotten
It's better to burn out than it is to rust
The king is gone but he's not forgotten.

Hey hey, my my
Rock and roll can never die
There's more to the picture
Than meets the eye.
Hey hey, my my.

Just in case..
