Easter in Manchester

,

Easter has just finished and as most holidays it has gone by way to fast. The weather forecast was rain, but a change and trip was taken to Manchester. Had a great time there, and sun most of the time as well. I thought that there were several areas in Manchester that was very photogenic, especially along the canals. Would like to go back there some day and explore some more. Hope everyone had a happy Easter

Day of work

It has been some time since I last updated my blog. There are several reasons to why this has happened, but they are all excuses. Last Tuesday I went to a blogger meet up here in London, and I have to say I got inspired by meeting some people in person that have this same interest as me. If you are in the London area and would like to meet other bloggers I would recommend The London Bloggers Meetup Group

Last Friday I had the day off. I really needed a day off. To get a change of scenery I took the train to Bath and Bristol. I enjoy going on trips this time of year when there isn't that many other tourist around, less queuing. Some pictures from the tip are in my photo album

I walked past this piece of art outside the Festival Hall on Southbank in London. I thought it looked kind of interesting, in a not thinking about the meaning of it, way. I took a few pictures of it and walked on. Later that day after dark I walked back the same way. The whole are outside the Festival Hall was lit up by the blinking lights from the taxi, street sweepers and cones. In daylight it looked like some random parts had been put together, at night the whole thing came alive. To find out more go here
