The countdown continues

Two more days, and it's bye bye Dublin - Hello London. Am starting to get butterflies in the stomach, as I am packing, selling and getting rid of stuff. I have so much stuff that I am not using, that has just been laying around. To move, in one way almost feels like a cleansing process. It is nice to get rid of the old clutter, and start over again. But do I learn something from it..... Hmm, next time I am moving I am sure I'll go through the same process again. I guess it's all part in the cycle of life...

Last week in Dublin

, , ,

Am back from London. Have found a place to live, and hopefully all the paperwork will be okay so we can move in next Saturday. Things are a little different to what I am used to in England, there is a lot of paperwork you have to fill out when you want to rent. Here in Ireland they would check your references and that is it. For the place we are going to rent there where four pages of stuff. Hopefully everything will be okay. Am really starting to look forward to the move now! It feels strange but good. Think it is the right time to move. So now I have started on my last week in Dublin and Ireland. Hmm :wait:

Picture is one of those I can't really explain. It is sort of a moment in time where my camera is pointing towards a person trying to explain something to a statue, hiding behind some bushes. True story is that I was taking photos of a tree, when the wind lifted one of the branches and revealed the image below.

Going to London

Am going to London to look for an apartment tomorrow and Friday, so no new post until Monday. Thought I would post a picture of how things are changing here in Dublin, getting ready for winter. Hope you readers will have a nice weekend, a long one for me :D

Fire & water

All weekends go by to fast I think, by the time I have started to relax on Saturday morning it is bedtime on Sunday. I do try to get the most I can out of my weekends, and going to shows is usually something I am up for. On Saturday I went to the opening show of the Fringe Festival in Dublin. On a lake there where large fire installations. Everyone was standing there looking at fire quietly. The heat was increasable. The Smoke was rising high. I felt hypnotised by all the flames. It was a moment to remember.
