This blog is mainly about the Opera browser, but every now and then, other posts not related to Opera might appear. As a developer for Opera Software ASA on the desktop version of Opera, I will be able to give insights into how certain features work and other information that might be useful for our loyal users.

Hi, the Opera Preview looks really promising. Love the new search engine feature.

What I would like to see (have been using both Firefox and Opera last couple of years):
- possibilities to use Firefox close tab feature (when closing a tab jump to the tab to the right)
- A gmail manager/notifier
- Stumble Upon compatibility
- Built-in Google I'm Feeling Lucky in address bar
- Start finding when writing (without pressing the'.' first)

With this preview version, Opera is getting closer and closer to be the ultimate browser, just a few more changes and its there (for my liking)
