So, you didn't like Courier New as default font? Neither did we.
This update fixes many of the issues that has been reported regarding fonts:
- Avoid using Courier New as default font as seen on CyanogenMod
- Speed up of initial font calculation
- Fixed issue with missing national letters
- Reduced memory usage

It has been
just over 2 weeks since Opera Mini 6.1 for S60 was launched. Today we are pleased to announce the first update!
The update includes the following improvements:
- Input mode indicator is back on 2nd edition devices.
- Correct default font for CJK installations.
- Better hardware keyboard support on touch devices.
- Full screen keyboard is now used for RTL text input on Symbian^3/Anna.
- Improved support for Nokia X7-00 device.
- Stability fixes and minor improvements.

Are you taking a summer vacation?

Version 6.0.1 for iOS was released today. The team is already working on the next udpate, version 6.1 which will include the same features introduced in version 6.1 on other platforms, such as support for Google AutoCompelete. Opera Mini 6.1 has already been released on J2ME, Blackberry, Android and S60.

Opera Mobile 11.1 silent update 1 for Symbian devices was released today. Download silent update 1 direct to your Symbian device from
m.opera.com, or get the update from the
Nokia Ovi Store.
Thanks to the new crash report system, we have discovered few sources of random crashes.
There are now fixed and included into this release.
Changelog:- Added fullscreen native keyboard when writing Arabic or Hebrew on Symbian^3 devices
- Added Opera Mobile Store icon to Speed Dial
- Fixed CSS3 gradient support
- General bug fixes and stability improvements
