My son who is in college called me: "Mom, I can't believe this is happening. I didn't think it could be true that weather could make you ache all over! This is terrible. I feel so sore! What is the strongest nonprescription medication I should get. I am sorry I never believed you when you said this happened to you. I am really hurting! I can't believe this!"

Poor Spee, because of the accident he was in, this pain is occurring to him!

I told him to take Ibuprofen and Motrin -if Motrin isn't Ibuprofen, becuase Tylenol is Ibuprofen and I think Excederin is, too. Explaining, I told him to take one of each, I think Motrin is acetemeniphrin. I know Ibuprofen is for fever and acetemeniphrin is for muscles. Then I told him if he still hurts after an hour to take some more, but not to take too much, as per the bottle says. Next, I instructed him to call a doctor if he still hurts after taking all these meds. Stretching would help, and a hot or warm bath.

Forgot to tell him to go to the college's hottub. Told him later that night when I called him to see how he was doing.

Spelios is such a toughy! He must have been in A LOT of pain to call me.

That night I sent him an healing energy ball!

I miss him soooooooooooooooo much! I miss Amanda, toooooooooooooooo!
