"how does he do it?" you wonder. come on, admit it. you do, you so do. and i'm gonna be nice. instead of blogging about the marvel that is girls (how beautiful they are, how they won't date me, how i don't understand them) this post's to be about... cooking. that's right - i cook. what i did tonight though hardly constitutes cooking. it's soo easy, yet tasty. because i rock. i rock, and i give you *drum roll* ramen.
that's right, ramen. we all know it, right? if you don't, you should consider going to uni - it's good for you. "but wait" you think. "i've had ramen, and it's not tasty. not in the least." well, perhaps you didn't prepare it properly? huh?
this is what you start with.

i know the ramen isn't included, but we've all seen it and truth be told it's not that interesting. what we do see is salmon (1 block), garlic (3 cloves, feel free to use more, but not less), chili (1 pepper) and cabbage. and that's it. well, you also need oil (for frying), and about a large glass of water. write that down - water, 1 glass. make sure you have it, and if you don't, go borrow from your neighbour. just remember to return it.

unrelated picture. this t-shirt hangs on the wall in my office. i think if i'm ever drunk when there i'm prone to steal it. seriously, it's the awsomest tee i've ever seen.
as you can see i've started chopping the garlic. it should be chopped fairly thin. also chop the pepper, thin as well. for this course the pips stay in - awesome spiciness is the good.

pour oil in your wok (i use peanut oil, but sesame seed oil is also good - make sure you use one that stands heat) and turn the stove on max. when the oil's ridiculously hot add garlic and chili.

now it's time to cut the cabbage. you don't need a whole head (if you've got one on your shoulders, and if you don't it's probably a good idea to stay away from knives) - about this much should do it.

put in wok and turn off heat for a while, while tossing the contents. when it's cooled down a bit turn up to mid heat and add the water.

let the cabbage boil while you cut the salmon - i like to cut it about this thin.

then add it and the ramen (including spices but not bag) as well.

when ramen's done, serve in bowl.

and that's it. no whining about girls, no music tips no nothing. just dinner. enjoy.
